Deb Biggar, Managing Director

I founded Boston Human Factors, Inc. in August of 2014 after gaining much experience consulting for Fortune 1000 companies since 2000. I graduated from Bentley University's Human Factors in Information Design program in 2006 with honors. Prior to that I have completed User Experience Designs and Research for big name brands like IKEA, Zipcar, iRobot, National Geographic Learning, Suffolk University, and H&R Block.

I have a unique ability to ask great questions and listen for the between-the-lines thoughts and feelings. This is helpful to clients because I am able to identify underlying concerns of business leaders and address them directly by leading research efforts to answer product strategy questions.

I live in Lynnfield, MA with my family, our Newfie, a Colombian aupair and a spectacular Tree House.
